Shell Seals $4 Billion Iraq Deal at Oil Change

Shell has been awarded a $4bn contract in the south of the country to supply gas for Iraqi domestic use but also for export. Shell’s project is intended to make use of the gas flared off by the oil industry in the south of Iraq.

no, irony isn't dead but many internet users brains are! lol. as a blogger who posted your movie, I watch the traffic on links that I include and people are in such a hurry they interpret things very literally and if they think they got the info they seek in a title, they'll stop there!
